Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return and exchange conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
• It must be in the same condition in which it was received.
• Original tags and packaging must be included, if supplied with the item.

Refunds:

• After the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be returned through the original payment method or another method agreed with you.
• You will not be required to accept store credit.
• No additional return or exchange fee will be charged when the legal return conditions are satisfied.

Wrong, defective or misdescribed items:

If an item is defective, damaged, counterfeit, incorrectly supplied or not as described, contact MANLYKW so we can arrange the appropriate refund, exchange, repair or replacement in accordance with Kuwait law.

Exceptions:

Exceptions or shorter periods apply only where permitted by Kuwait law, including certain hygiene-sensitive, perishable or custom-made goods, and will be disclosed where applicable.

This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights under Kuwait law.
