For 180/80 without a belly, I took size L. It's a bit bigger than I wanted. M - it would have been more interesting to sit there. There are no issues with the quality, it's well sewn. The material is dense and soft, not suitable for hot weather, I think up to 20 degrees Celsius.
The sizing of Madena's products is inconsistent; I won't buy again. Sometimes XL fits just right, but L is too big. I don't know how to choose a size without trying it on.
